Father's father + step mother, I.E. Bishop John DO + Nancy his 2nd wife deeded home farm of 147 acres to Father, Aunt Bettie + Uncle Cris, in consideration of support by them for wife.

C.S.R.O. + J.S.R.O. leased the home farm to Blair Frances "on equal shares" for one year (4/1/71 to 4/1/72)
